The food was nice here. Bought some soup and other stuff. The soup was delicious. Feels a bit overpriced. Customer service was nice. It gets very busy inside. Heaps of parking outside.

Wow! The Jjajang Myein noodles with pork and black bean sauce with chili and coriander was amazing and served with yellow pickles. It was a large portion for just $20 and was absolutely delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely go back there again. Highly recommended!!

Bought the chicken on rice. Chicken was cooked really nicely and the sweet/spicy sauce was great. Chicken was bone in nibbles Reasonable amount of chicken(6 pieces) Came with pickled radish. Not convinced it’s better value than a half boneless chicken. If I’d known it was bone in I probably would have bought something else

Jang Teo is one of my favourite spots. They offer a wide variety of Korean dishes, which is their biggest strength. The portions are generally generous, though it can depend on what you order. Today, I had yeongyang-tang (nutritious soup), and my partner had donkatsu. The yeongyang-tang was quite good with a nice bit of spice that worked well. I finished the whole bowl. My partner’s donkatsu was tasty too. All the side dishes were delicious, and we both enjoyed the meal. Whenever I want Korean food but can’t decide what to get, I come to this restaurant. It’s a cozy, small place that I really like. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys Korean cuisine. They also offer takeaway, which adds to the convenience.
